Job Responsibility
Adaptive Lesson Delivery: Facilitate engaging lessons in Literacy, Numeracy, and Science that cater to the shorter attention spans and high energy of 5 to 7-year-olds
Bridge the Gap: Support Year 1 pupils transitioning from play, and guide Year 2 pupils toward the independence required for Key Stage 2
Classroom Management: Quickly build rapport with new classes, using positive reinforcement to maintain a calm, productive, and happy learning environment
Flexible Expertise: Step into different school cultures and immediately implement the day's plan with confidence and professional authority
Requirements
Hold QTS
You have Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification
Are a KS1 Specialist with a deep understanding of the Year 1 and Year 2 National Curriculum and the social-emotional needs of infants
Are Energetic and Proactive
Are Committed with an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply and 100% dedicated to Safeguarding
