KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant

• SEN TA in the morning working 1:1 with a pupil with down syndrome and then a general cover TA in the afternoon
• The pupil enjoys climbing so someone who is quick and able to lift/ assist the child down
• Working with the class teacher to work with the class and help when needed

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within EYFS or KS1
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
