Job Description:

Inspire young minds in a supportive and vibrant school community! We are currently seeking 2 dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teachers to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school located in Watford. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for a passionate educator looking to make a lasting impact in the early years of a child's education.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
Complete marking and assessments for pupils
Good knowledge and experience of the UK national curriculum

Requirements:

Qualified Primary Teacher with UK QTS
Experience or a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 1
Enhanced DBS on the update service
2 professional recent references
Creates engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons
Encourages curiosity, confidence, and creativity in the classroom
Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach
Eligible to work in the UK

Nice to have:

Good behaviour management skills
Good classroom management
Good communication skills
Key stage 2 experience
Knowledge of curriculum
