Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience: Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2
Flexibility: An adaptable 'can-do' attitude, especially for daily supply roles where you may step into new environments
Safeguarding: A deep understanding of current safeguarding and 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (KCSiE) guidelines

Job Responsibility

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies
Provide 'in-the-moment' feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning
Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child-including those with SEN-is supported
