Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join Our partner Primary School immediately. You will inspire and support pupils to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally, creating an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment from day one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons across the primary curriculum, differentiating to meet all pupils’ needs
  • Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning, fostering confidence, curiosity, and resilience
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support development and achievement
  • Support pupils’ social and emotional growth in a nurturing and inclusive classroom
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure pupil success
  • Contribute to curriculum development, school initiatives, and extracurricular activities
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding, health, and safety policies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching across primary age groups (EYFS–KS2/KS3 as appropriate)
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, pupils, and parents
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom, including extracurricular activities
