Job Responsibility

  • Provide a supportive and welcoming learning environment in the classroom
  • Play a significant part in the ongoing development of all areas of the children's education
  • Put assessment techniques into practice in line with the school's ethos and principles
  • Help with lesson planning that achieves the needs of all students

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
  • Understanding of relevant curriculum requirements
  • Effective use of differentiation strategies to meet all pupil's needs
  • Ability to use data and assessments to note areas for improvement and sustaining positive educational outcomes
