As a Content Moderator at Foiwe, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that online platforms remain free from harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to enforce community guidelines, policies and legal requirements. This position is essential in fostering a positive user experience and upholding our brand’s reputation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos and audio, to ensure it complies with community guidelines and content policies
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, illegal content, such as hate speech, harassment, spam and graphic material
  • Evaluate user reports and inquiries regarding content violations and take appropriate actions based on established procedures
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and legal requirements related to content moderation
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve content moderation processes and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and challenges in online content moderation and online safety
