The Kollázs Server is primarily responsible for offering our guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service throughout the guest dining experience, following Four Seasons standards
Take accurate food and beverage orders, provide knowledgeable menu guidance, and ensure all items are served promptly and correctly
Maintain a polished and organized dining environment, including table settings, cleanliness, and service stations
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of dishes
Handle guest requests, feedback, and special dietary needs with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Requirements:
Fluent English and Hungarian
1-3 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
High school degree
Friendly, dedicated, flexible personality and passion about providing high quality service
