Job Description:

Kofax Developer position focusing on document processing workflow maintenance, incident resolution, and application monitoring for ADOC systems

Job Responsibility:

Daily monitoring of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow
Validation of proper functioning during software and infrastructure upgrades
Analysis and correction of production incidents
Processing assistance requests from ADOC users
Communication of anomaly resolution progress
Relationship with outsourcer for incident reporting and change requests
Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of ADOC document processing workflow
Design and development of changes to ADOC documentary workflow
Reporting and monitoring of product bugs with KOFAX publisher
Daily reporting for businesses
Modelling of structured documents to improve RAD/LAD rate
Analysis of RAD/LAD statistics and proposal for improvement areas

Requirements:

KTA and INSIGHT (certified if possible)
.NET
Agile (Scrum)
SQL Script
French - B1/B2
English - B1/B2

Nice to have:

KTA and INSIGHT certification
