Barbaricum is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support TRADOC G2 operations at Fort Eustis, VA, optimizing knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and data management across mission-critical operations. This role involves developing and maintaining knowledge repositories, streamlining information workflows, and enhancing data accessibility for decision-makers. The selected candidate will implement knowledge management strategies, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and ensure compliance with DoD data governance policies, enabling efficient access to mission-essential intelligence, training materials, and operational resources.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to support TRADOC operations
Maintain and update knowledge repositories and databases
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address knowledge gaps
Provide training and guidance on knowledge management tools and practices
Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives and recommend improvements
Requirements:
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
6-10 years’ experience
Experience with knowledge management platforms and tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with TRADOC or similar DoD organizations preferred
