The KM Product Advisor provides consultation to the business to drive performance outcomes and value through impactful knowledge management content and solutions. They help manage work volumes, monitor SLA adherence, and support work prioritization in partnership with USPB stakeholders when appropriate. The KM Product Advisor helps shape and govern adherence to KM processes, tools, and work methodologies. This position will report directly to an LXD Capability Manager. A successful KM Product Advisor is a servant leader who excels in all forms of communication skills. This position engages USPB stakeholders at all levels, displaying influencing, negotiating, and problems solving skills; and supporting and executing against LXD/KM strategies. Job Responsibility:
Provide support to knowledge management process, throughout the request cycle, with business interactions
Provide direction and strategic insights to the Knowledge Management team and help remove environmental obstacles that impede work execution
Appropriately assess risk decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, and applying sound ethical judgment
Manage work volumes, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) adherence, and help to prioritize work for KM deliverables
Execute knowledge management processes such as capacity planning, internal reporting, and data analysis
Support onboarding of new KM business to KM technology platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships across Citi Learning and with existing or new business stakeholders, up to director level
Requirements:
Excellent leadership, negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills
Ability to collaborate and influence in a complex environment: motivating and leading others through change
Adept at networking, consulting, and building relationships with all levels of management and staff
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience/skill in communicating with various levels of business leadership
Participation in large scale learning projects (Agile and Waterfall)
Ability to work independently and identify information and/or resources needed to complete assignments
Ability to work in a virtual team environment, across multiple time zones and countries
Intermediate Excel skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Understanding of the overall Knowledge Management/technical writing content creation approaches, tools, and strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product, excelling in excel and SharePoint functionality
