Job Description

A leading global professional services organization is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager to lead and enhance its enterprise knowledge infrastructure. This leadership role oversees key knowledge platforms, including intranet and collaboration systems, and supports the continued development of enterprise search and document management tools. The successful candidate will partner closely with legal professionals, technology teams, and business operations leaders to ensure knowledge assets remain accessible, secure, and aligned with firmwide standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for intranet and knowledge collaboration platforms
  • Promote accountability, engagement, and professional growth within the team
  • Establish a high-performing and service-oriented team culture
  • Oversee the daily administration and optimization of intranet and internal knowledge platforms
  • Maintain appropriate user access controls, system updates, and content governance standards

  • Analyze usage trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
