Job Description:

At Snappr, we empower businesses to drive sales through better visual stories. We use technology to produce and deliver high-quality imagery that businesses need, leveraging our network of professional photographers and our AI products. As a Knowledge Content Specialist, you will optimize content development and management frameworks to help Snappr and its customers thrive. You will create and manage content strategies, write and review articles, manage operational policies, and analyze feedback to improve content quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Strive every day to use the content as a driving advantage for Snappr and its customers
Write internal and external articles, communications, etc. on an ongoing basis
Develop leveraged content strategies (in-app and web-based Help Center for our different audiences, internal support KB articles, and flows, etc.)
Create and manage a central repository of all company operational policies and procedures
Design and execute experiments to improve the quality and efficiency of Snappr support content
Review audience feedback and interpret content effectiveness
independently and collaboratively provide data-driven analysis and content recommendations
Be a high-integrity partner to our L&D, Training, and Quality teams

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
Minimum 4 years of relevant content experience
Self-help/help center content writing experience (can include instructional/training and knowledge base articles)
Open to other industries, but ideally from BPOs
At least a C1 CEFR proficiency level
Minimum 2 years of relevant project/ program management experience
Experience with content strategy and content design
Strong copywriting and editing skills, and the ability to deliver content effectively
Self-starter attitude
