Job Description

As a Knowledge Base Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our knowledge base is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will be responsible for creating, organising, and maintaining content that supports our employees and customers. Additionally, you will manage the upload, arrangement, and organisation of content from completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring that all information is well-structured and easily retrievable.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, organise, and maintain the company’s knowledge base, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
  • Retrieve information according to the Bid Teams requirements
  • Implement and maintain a taxonomy and categorisation system to ensure easy navigation and retrieval of information
  • Upload, arrange, and organise content from completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal
  • Monitor usage metrics and feedback to continuously improve the knowledge base content and structure
  • Ensure the knowledge base complies with company policies and industry standards
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in knowledge management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Knowledge Base Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of Bids (Desirable)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator is preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with knowledge base or content platform like WordPress, Wix CMS, CMS Hub, HubSpot etc
  • Experience with Easy PQQ or similar knowledge base portals is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

Familiarity with SEO principles and web content best practices is a plus
