Job Description

The Kitting/Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of pick-and-pack orders, ensuring projects are carried out efficiently and in line with company quality standards. This position manages and trains staff involved in the kitting process and partners with internal teams to optimize workflows, inventory, and shipment accuracy.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and execute order fulfillment processes, including kitting, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team consisting of Pickers, Auditors, Runners, Kitting Clerks, Leads, and support staff
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define project requirements and priorities
  • Monitor inventory and resolve discrepancies in partnership with the Inventory Coordinator
  • Maintain shipping paperwork and utilize ERP systems for order tracking
  • Analyze and improve workflows for quality, cost savings, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, and relevant manufacturing standards
  • Track daily output and quality metrics for reporting and analysis
  • Provide backup support for other team functions as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in kitting/fulfillment, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to train and lead groups
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Quality-oriented and dependable
  • Bilingual communication is a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day plus overtime)
  • Able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
