Are you curious about life at home and co-creating wonderful every day with our customers? Then we have the job for you. IKEA IRELAND is looking for a Kitchen and Bedrooms planner to join our Planning & Order Point in Sligo.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide an exceptional shopping experience
  • Actively engage with customers to identify needs and inspire/advise on home furnishing solutions
  • Be passionate about the range and home furnishings, learn product stories and share with customers
  • Support maximising sales by ensuring area is clean, well-presented and easy to shop
  • Pro-actively interact with customers & provide excellent 1-1 customer service for sustained periods
  • Kitchen Planning & Designing for up to 2 hours with additional time for accurate plans, worktop and installation quotations
  • Support with responding to customer emails, and securing payments both in-store and remotely
  • Call future appointments to secure bookings and provide customer insight on room measurement and expectations
  • Support the kitchen co-worker team with opening and closing routines and general housekeeping
