Job Description:

As a Kitchenhand, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and support in the kitchen. Carrying out key daily tasks in the Food & Beverage Department, and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service to actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a kitchen in a Resort/Hotel environment is highly desired
  • Ensure all equipment is ready to be used in food preparation
  • Ensure that the kitchen is always well maintained and all maintenance items are reported immediately
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Display a positive attitude and show initiative
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school holiday periods
  • Ability to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays
  • Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and have high cleaning standards
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
