Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent and consistent level of service to colleagues and guests
Assist the Engineering team in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments
Supply services as required to the entire operation
Maintain equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and performing timely repairs to minimize operational downtime
Experienced in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
Trained in industrial electrical systems, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC)
Solid understanding of electrical controls, wiring diagrams, and safety standards
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns
