We are seeking a well-experienced Kitchen Technician - Engineering who will be responsible to provide excellent and consistent level of service to colleagues and guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent and consistent level of service to colleagues and guests
  • Assist the Engineering team in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments
  • Supply services as required to the entire operation
  • Maintain equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and performing timely repairs to minimize operational downtime
  • Experienced in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
  • Trained in industrial electrical systems, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC)
  • Solid understanding of electrical controls, wiring diagrams, and safety standards
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns
