Job Description:

Join the pack at Coffi Lab as we enter an exciting new chapter of food & drink for our growing group of coffee stores. Based in Rumney (Cardiff, CF3), the Coffi Lab Kitchen brings all food offerings under one roof including an in-house artisan bakery. Fresh, local, quality produce will be used in all our menus with a focus on seasonality, provenance and, most importantly - taste.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare a range of high-quality products
Help to provide only the most delicious food

Requirements:

Interest in food
Experience in a food manufacture/preparation environment is desirable but not essential
High standards of presentation, organisation and food safety compliance
Strong team player
Able to work on own initiative
Great communication skills
Multi-tasking skills
Able to commute to Rumney, Cardiff
Able to start as early as 7am

Nice to have:

Experience gained from within a food manufacture/preparation environment
