Job Description:

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. You will be assisting the Kitchen Manager with Stock take, Deep Cleaning and food orders. At least 3 years of Management or leadership experience desired at an equivelent level and must be over the age of 18 to apply.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork
  • Support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager with Stock take, Deep Cleaning and food orders
  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations
  • Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Management or leadership experience desired at an equivelent level
  • Must be over the age of 18 to apply
