Job Description:

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. Join us at Pub & Grill, where we combine the warm welcome of a cosy pub with the style and quality standards of a restaurant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations
  • Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service
