Experience in food production, food safety, retail and food service is considered an advantage

Job Responsibility

Ensuring operations of all food areas operate in accordance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements
Promoting a safety first culture
Securing an irresistible food offer by ensuring quality and appealing range presentation
Utilising everyday commercial opportunities to grow sales and profitability
Ensuring customers are always in focus with daily dialogue and acting on feedback
Ensuring kitchen area is well maintained with daily work routines
Contributing to and supporting implementation of store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan
