Job Description:

Kitchen Support Experts play an important role in support of several hotel functions. These associates may work across departments to support cleaning and basic kitchen preparation needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, or transporting dishware across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Job Responsibility:

Support kitchen cleaning and basic preparation needs
Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
Transport dishware across the hotel
Follow company safety and security policies
Report maintenance needs and accidents
Complete safety training and certifications
Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
