Job Responsibility:

Rise with us, assisting with preparing of good quality dishes with high presentation standards, focusing on attention to detail
Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use
Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, focusing on the guest’s overall wellbeing
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment
Maintain strong food safety and property standards
Clean various surfaces such as floors, benches, canteen area and more
Chemical handling with accordance to health and safety standards

Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar role
