Job Responsibility:

Support the Head Chef in leading an amazing kitchen team
Deliver ‘Nobody Does It Better’ service and standards

Requirements:

Previous experience leading a kitchen
Ability to understand guest’s needs
Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations
Ability to lead and coach a team
Good organisation and communication skills
Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade
Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
