Job Responsibility:
Lead by example, working hands-on on the cooking line to prepare and deliver products of the highest quality in terms of freshness and taste, ensuring adherence to all food safety guidelines
Manage food costs effectively through diligent ordering, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies
Oversee and actively participate in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating
Conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and maintain accurate records to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize spoilage
Implement and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
Provide superior guest service, ensuring all tables and food areas are kept clean and the dining area is well-maintained while guests are enjoying their meals
Assist in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and company standards
Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items and specials
