As a Kitchen Supervisor your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Contribute to a safe, healthy, and enjoyable food experience by supporting compliance with global and national food safety and operational standards. Requirements
Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and guide team members in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP), hygiene practices, and local regulations
Holds (or willing to obtain) Food Safety Supervisor certification or equivalent
Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail in stock management and waste reduction
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering a consistent and positive experience
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during peak trading periods
Motivated, reliable, and aligned to IKEA values, with a passion for food, people, and teamwork
