Job Description:

Kitchen Supervisor for Revolucion De Cuba, a venue offering vibrant food, premium drinks, live music, and a fiesta atmosphere. Inspired by Havana's backstreet bars, it fuses Spanish, Mexican, and South American flavours. The role involves leading a team to maintain standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead your team
  • Deliver fun and memorable experiences to guests
  • Drive sales and standards from your kitchen
  • Work with Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Provide recognition to your team
  • Give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps
  • Be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the management, sales, kitchen, and front of house teams
  • Help them understand the value of their contribution towards our goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in maintaining standards
  • Experience in training and motivating teams
