Job Responsibility:

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area

Requirements:

  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals
  • Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
