We are looking for a reliable and energetic Part-time Kitchen Steward to join our Kitchen Team! Be part of a collaborative, multi-brand precinct team in a dynamic location. Play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences and loyalty in one of Sydney’s most exciting hospitality precincts.
Job Responsibility:
Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety at all times
Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment and workstations remain clean, organised and compliant with regulations
Maintain cleanliness across all cooking and storage areas
Perform dishwashing duties efficiently to support kitchen operations
Assist with basic food preparation and mise en place tasks, supporting chefs as required
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a similar role is ideal
Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic understanding of food safety practices (preferred)
Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation
Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
