W Brisbane, situated at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City, is currently hiring Full Time Kitchen Stewards. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station
Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals
Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen

Requirements:

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
report maintenance needs to manager.
