Job Responsibility:
Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals at the appropriate levels to clean dishes
Clean and maintain sanitation areas and organize cleaning supplies
Clean the dishwashing machine
Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist, establishing priority items
Monitor food quality while preparing food
Serve food in proper portions onto dishes, plates, mugs, and bowls, ensuring proper plate appearance
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Requirements:
