Job Description:

As a Kitchen Sales Specialist, you will guide customers through the process of planning and designing their dream kitchens, actively engaging with them to personalize solutions. You will also support the team in ensuring the sales area is presentable, handling customer communications, and securing payments.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and designing kitchens for customers in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations
Actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, inspiring and advising on the best solutions for their life at home
Enthusiastically learning about the products, their stories, and design
Maximizing sales by ensuring the Kitchen Sales area is clean, fully stocked, and well-presented
Supporting with customer emails and securing payments both in-store and remotely
Communicating with customers through email, text, and calls from pre-appointment to purchase

Requirements:

Experience working in a sales-oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates
Skilled at forward planning, handling several tasks at once, and being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities independently
Interest in people’s life at home and providing customers with personalized solutions to meet their needs
Initiative to make well-informed choices and actively engage with daily tasks
Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate with the customer
Confident in learning and working with computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools
