Job Description

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, success comes from truly understanding what customers want, and converting that into sales. You'll take time to listen, showcase what we can offer, and confidently guide them through their entire journey with expertise and care. This role is about building trust, collaborating with colleagues, closing deals, and delivering results; while creating kitchens using CAD software that customers will love for years to come.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving and delivering profitable sales and fantastic customer service
  • Building a strong customer base to meet targets
  • Creating bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software
  • Engaging with trade customers and homeowners
  • On-site visits to homes or building sites
  • Ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license with business insurance
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve and outperform sales and profit targets
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and determined to achieve results
  • Great communication skills
  • Approachable, positive personality
  • Customer facing confidence
  • No industry experience needed
