Job Description:

Kitchen Tune-Up of Flagstaff is growing. We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team with the mission of completing extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects. We are seeking career minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. This is a fully commission-based position with no sales Cap. Role will have a guaranteed salary during introductory/training period. Work hours are flexible and will require attending limited sales appointments on Saturdays and in the evenings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process
  • Conduct scheduled in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners
  • Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, strong desire to win and succeed
  • Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
  • Ability to take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams
  • Computer and smartphone proficient
  • Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the office
  • Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions
  • Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation
  • Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer
  • Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed
  • Collects payments from customers
  • Communicates necessary information to home office Design Services
  • Meets the installer at the job prior to installation
  • Continues customer contact during the job and monitors all related activities

Requirements:

  • Able to work days, some evenings and weekend appointments
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor suitable to working in clients homes
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be local to Flagstaff or surrounding areas
