Kitchen Production Team Leader job at IKEA involves ensuring quality and food safety standards, operational efficiency, training colleagues, and contributing to department goals while supporting the IKEA food range.

Job Responsibility:

Actively contribute to create a 'safety first' culture and ensure compliance with quality and food safety policies
ensure operational efficiency and practice routines and job requirements
act as a source of know-how about IKEA food range, production planning, and food preparation
maintain an interest in local competition and provide promotional inputs
train and coach co-workers
act on commercial opportunities and customer feedback
contribute to departmental action plan and support goals set by manager

Requirements:

SPM or equivalent
Chef related education will be an added advantage
Work as a chef in training or an experienced chef
