Job Description:

Delivers excellent experiences to remote customers and maximizes sales by providing great sales offers and convenient, complete solutions within complex range areas, e.g., kitchen planning and smart lighting, always with empathy, understanding of customer needs and strong will to create a better life at home for the customer. Uses knowledge of product range, top sellers, 4 Aces and 1 King, optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Makes use of remote proactive selling techniques in the customer contact to contribute to growth and sustained long-term profitability
  • Offers complete furnishing solutions, demonstrating a commercial approach and true salesmanship in every customer contact, in order to maximize sales
  • Provides qualitative customer support in all remote channels, including live video calls, to secure a great customer experience, thus building trust in the IKEA brand
  • Visualizes complete attractive home furnishing solutions that matches the unique prerequisites and needs for the specific customer, demonstrating expert skills in advanced digital planning tools, in order to exceed customers' expectations and maximize sales
  • Quickly establishes rapport with customers to identify customer needs and provide support, in-store and remotely, so that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Uses knowledge of both the product, services and solutions offered by IKEA's multi?channel organization so that customers can shop when they want and how they want (in?store and remotely)
  • Applies basic measurement and construction techniques along with deep knowledge and understanding of complex modular furniture planning and basic design principals to ensure planning solutions meet customers' needs
  • Conveys passion about IKEA products and actively learns about their features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers to help them make informed choices, resulting in a better overall shopping experience
  • Understands the store and department action plans. Actively contributes to achieving your department's goals

Requirements:

  • 2 years related experience
  • Experience in leading a high-volume catering business
  • Experience in working with food safety management and documentation
  • Experience in a customer facing environment
