Job Description:

Manage kitchen production operations ensuring food safety and quality, leading a team, and engaging with customer feedback to drive improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring operations of all food areas operate in accordance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements and legislation
promoting a safety-first culture
securing an irresistible food offer
utilising everyday commercial opportunities to grow sales and profitability
having a daily dialogue with customers and learning from feedback
ensuring the kitchen area is well maintained and that daily work routines are in place and followed

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of food production and food safety
experience of working in a retail environment and food service business
passion for ensuring food served is of high quality
experience in leading and developing a team
