Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Coordinator to oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of residential remodeling projects from contract signing through project completion. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, ordering materials, managing project details, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects stay on track. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with CRM systems, office software, and Google Workspace, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the remodeling process.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate project schedules, including subcontractors, installers, deliveries, and inspections
  • Order and track materials, cabinetry, fixtures, and other project-related products
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation within the company CRM and project management systems
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout their remodeling project
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate project updates to customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members
  • Verify project details, measurements, selections, and specifications to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist with change orders, warranty requests, and project closeout documentation
  • Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Retail management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
