Set in the beautifully scenic Ribble Valley, the Millstone in Mellor is a fantastic hub for locals and tourists alike. Originally a 17th century coaching inn, the Millstone offers AA Rosette dining in the restaurant, award winning local ales in the bar and luxurious comfort in one of the 23 modern bedrooms. Owned by Daniel Thwaites, the Millstone is perfect for someone looking for a supportive work environment on the edge of the Ribble Valley, easily commutable within the Lancashire area.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
Undertaking any tasks asked by chefs
Scheduled deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment
May include basic food preparation
Organising and storing food safely to comply with company standards

Requirements:

Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Good work ethic and commitment to achieving team goals
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Good working attitude and enjoy working in a busy kitchen environment
No previous qualifications necessary
