Kitchen Porter

• Obtaining the necessary ingredients and small equipment for food preparation
• Following standard recipes and ensuring food preparation is executed according to the Club's specifications
• Using safe and sanitary food handling practices
• Maintaining cleanliness in workstation, including washing all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils to the required standards
• Cleaning food storage areas, managing waste, and ensuring all kitchen utensils are properly stored
• Actively contributing to maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic kitchen environment
• Assisting the chef team where needed
• Participating in departmental meetings.

Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred.
