Job Description:

Kitchen Porter position at Cotswold House Hotel & Spa, a charming, Grade II listed Regency town house in Chipping Campden. The role involves supporting kitchen operations and cleaning.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen
Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties is collated
Dispose of rubbish into an area outlined by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy
Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard
Aid the Chefs when necessary

Requirements:

Some experience in a similar position (not essential)
Able to deliver excellent service to guests
Passionate about hospitality
Reliable
Willing to learn as part of a growing team
