Job Description:

Kitchen Porter role at Estelle Manor, a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire with four restaurants, a spa, 108 bedrooms, a gym, kids’ club, and workspace.

Job Responsibility:

Help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that it is clean, safe and hygienic at all times
Responsible for cleaning all crockery and cooking equipment correctly using the facilities provided
Ensure that all kitchen areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times

Requirements:

Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
