Kitchen Porter

• Assist with obtaining ingredients
• Clean food preparation equipment
• Maintain a safe, tidy kitchen environment
• Obtain necessary ingredients and small equipment for food preparation
• Follow standard recipes
• Ensure food preparation is executed according to the Club’s specifications
• Use safe and sanitary food handling practices
• Maintain cleanliness in workstation
• Wash all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils to required standards
• Clean food storage areas
• Manage waste
• Ensure all kitchen utensils are properly stored
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic kitchen environment
• Assist the chef team where needed
• Participate in departmental meetings

Previous hospitality industry cooking experience preferred
