Job Description:

Kitchen Porter role at Pimlico Academy, part of Impact Food Group, providing catering service to the education sector. Working term time only (38 weeks per year) with daytime hours Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Washing up pots, pans, cutlery and crockery using industrial dishwasher or by hand
  • checking and packing away new stock deliveries
  • keeping kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy
  • working as part of catering team to provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service

Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills
  • ideally from a catering or retail background (but not required)
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • commitment to safeguarding of children
  • willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

Experience from a catering or retail background
