Job Description:

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Back of House (Stewarding) Department, reporting into the insert Back of House Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish wash machine
  • Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment
  • Cleaning and sanitation of food & beverage preparation areas
  • Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain the silver polishing program
  • Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
  • Key player on waste management and sustainability

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Prior experience is preferred but not necessary
  • The drive to learn and develop professionally and take on responsibility
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30kg
  • Right to work in the UK is required
