Job Responsibility:
Help create the conditions for a great service
Clean equipment
Organised spaces
Provide steady support to allow chefs to perform at their best
Support the kitchen team
Take feedback calmly and adjust quickly
Help teammates when they’re under pressure
Keep pace during high-volume services without losing standards
Look for the next job to do rather than waiting to be told
Take responsibility for cleanliness, organisation, and flow
Communicate clearly with chefs and managers, especially during busy services
Read the room and adjust your approach when pressure is high
Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment thoroughly and consistently
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Complete cleaning duties in the kitchen and yard, including bins, surfaces, and floors
Support stock rotation and unpacking deliveries when needed
