Job Description:

Kitchen Porter position at the Caledonian Hotel Fort William, part of Bespoke Hotels. The hotel is located in the Scottish Highlands, offering stunning views of Loch Linnhe. The role involves supporting kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen
  • Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated
  • Dispose of rubbish into an area outline by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy
  • Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard
  • Aid the Chefs when necessary

Requirements:

  • Some experience in a similar position (not essential)
  • Ability to deliver great service to guests
  • Passionate about hospitality
