We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as part of our skilled kitchen team as Kitchen Porter. Situated on the banks of the River Wharfe in the Yorkshire Dales, the Red Lion in Burnsall has been serving the community and visitors for over 200 years. With its pedigree and charm, the Red Lion is perfect for someone looking for a supportive work environment in a stunning location with plenty to get involved with.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
Undertake any tasks asked by chefs
Scheduled deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment
May include basic food preparation
Organising and storing food safely to comply with company standards

Requirements:

Self-motivated
Able to work on own initiative
