Job Description:

Kitchen Porter position at Gairloch Hotel, part of Bespoke Hotels. The role involves assisting in kitchen operations, cleaning, and supporting chefs. The hotel is located beside Gairloch Bay, offering views of the Isle of Skye, with 72 bedrooms, a restaurant, and lounge bar.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen
Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated
Dispose of rubbish into an area outline by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy
Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard
Aid the Chefs when necessary

Requirements:

Some experience in a similar position though this is not essential
Ability to deliver great service to guests
Passionate about hospitality
Reliable
Willing to learn as part of a growing team
